Suggested Use & Duration:

Use the PowerPoint first to guide your lesson.  Students can complete the coordinating notes to help reinforce the topic and concepts. Engage students in taking their understanding to a deeper level through class discussion focused on practical applications and real-world examples. Then assign the supplemental activities [if available for the unit] one-by-one to build comprehension and application of sociological terms.
