In this highly-engaging Marbury and Madison lesson, students learn about the first major supreme court case known as "Marbury vs Madison" and the precedent established known as Judicial Review. Included is an engaging PowerPoint and guided notes that explain the circumstances surrounding the case, the case itself, and the aftermath.
