What educators are saying

Amazing resource that lets me prep once and be done for the month. I love how repetitive it is for my students to really learn the spatial concepts.
I love including a theme with concepts I'm using in language therapy! The students always love it and it changes things up for them.

⭐️ About these themed Spatial Concepts resources:

The following prepositions are targeted in these resources: in, on, under, behind, in front, next to, between, above.

The activities included within these resources are intentionally repetitive; they have been designed in a way that provides students with multiple opportunities to hear and use the target prepositions (in single words and phrases).

    Designed with research in mind.

The images included in these resources are intentionally repetitive. The main themed item is always the subject. The other objects have been kept consistent throughout each resource, so students can focus more on learning and using the prepositions, than the objects themselves. Research by Nicholas et al, (2019) suggests that too much variability of objects and labels can be overwhelming when teaching prepositions. So the same objects have been used throughout. You can choose to further limit the amount of objects for some of the activities (such as when using the stimulus cards or the clip cards), if required.

Educators love this bundle of prepositions resources:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Heather T. says: "These are INCREDIBLY helpful for students who need a little more structure, but they can easily be incorporated into play. It includes an enormous variety of activities to practice the skill. Love them!."

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amy Berry. says: "This is a great bundle to target spatial concepts. I've been getting a lot of use out of it as I have been doing more themes recently. It's nice that it can be used to target other language skills as well. I've even used it with my articulation students for carryover. All of the theme resources are useful as is, but I'm looking forward to seeing what changes are made with the updates."

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lindsay M. says: "I love the updates to this resource layout! I have used the February/Valentine pack thus far and can't wait to see additional updates! Thank you. The visuals are great and very supportive for students."
