Description
Two levels of Parent Teacher Conference forms to fill out for preschool/pre-k students, developed specifically for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, but can be used for a variety of needs. These forms are a great snapshot of students, and guide the conversation during conferences easily and smoothly. Includes areas such as language (currently reads "Signs I Use," but can be replaced with whatever is appropriate for your little learners!), social emotional development, potty training, motor skills, and math/reading/academic development. Created in PowerPoint so the whole thing is editable, and includes space for pictures! Great to keep on file and send home with families.
