What educators are saying

This is an amazing resource. My students love the real world application of the science and everything is easy to understand.
I decided at the last minute that I wanted a worksheet to go along with the doc. Thank goodness this was available. It was a huge time saver.

Description

What do you get? This three page document includes 10 guided questions, 4 discussion questions (with instructions to choose 3 to answer) and the answer key. This documentary discusses Alex Smith, an NFL quarterback who's simple leg injury turned life threatening and his road back to the sport.

How can you use it? This movie is an excellent support tool in the Sports Medicine classroom. You can use this to reinforce lower leg anatomy and physiology. There is also a significant portion of the documentary that discusses his rehabilitation. It could also fit in well during a Sports Psychology unit. As with any documentary guide, this is great for sub plans. The run time for this E60 is 1h9m.

What will you need? Access to ESPN+ to watch this amazing E60 Documentary. I've yet to find this documentary on any "free and open" streaming services.
