In this very helpful resource, students receive a rubric for writing a historical essay that integrates perfectly with Language Arts and the Common Core.
Students self-assess and are graded on four major categories: Conventions, Content, Evidence/Support, and Analysis. This rubric has been created in a "checklist" type format to allow students to check their work to the provided questions to look for quality.
