Description
Saving Christmas is meant to be completed “Escape Room” style. Students are given 4 missions to complete during class. All missions teach students about how Christmas is celebrated around the world and are meant to be completed in teams. In my classroom, we broke the students into 5 groups. Students are told that they need to complete all 4 missions in order to help Santa find his Naughty and Nice List.
Students travel around the world looking for clues to help them figure out how to save Christmas by finding Santa's Naughty and Nice List which was locked up by a Naughty Elf! Students travel and learn about Australia, Poland, Germany, and Spain and their Christmas traditions and celebrations.
