These task cards are a great way to have students practice the basics of scientific notation. All task cards are on a basic level: 8 cards have students convert numbers from scientific notation to standard form and the other 8 cards have students convert numbers from standard form to scientific notation. The cards include numbers in scientific notation with both positive and negative powers of 10.

The cards are printer friendly black and white.
