Have your students practice solving systems of equations by graphing with this fun, seasonal activity! With traditional problems and an extension activity, this download has everything you need to reinforce this important skill!

Students will solve the 12 worksheet questions by graphing the two equations on the provided coordinate planes. Once students complete the problems, they need to color in the ornament that contains the solution to the problem on the coloring sheet provided. With the three leftover ornaments, students will need to write their own linear systems that have those solutions.
This worksheet is a great way for students to practice the skill of solving systems by graphing. The coloring in the activity makes it more fun than a traditional worksheet. Having students write their own linear systems with given solutions is a great extension and critical thinking activity to help students take their understanding to a deeper level!
