This template is for the Expressive Vocabulary Test, Third Edition (EVT -3) . The EVT-3 is an individually administered, norm-referenced test of expressive vocabulary and word retrieval for children and adults.
The template can be inserted into the body of your report. There are 2 examples of narratives (one male and one female) and three of my personal interpretations.
** Full Disclosure- This report template was written by me, as an elementary school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. It can be easily adapted to other tests and specialties. I have no affiliation with Pearson. This product does not replace the need to buy the official and updated batteries of assessment and protocols from them. This report template should be used as a guide/ time saver to assist in writing your report. Please ensure that this report is completely modified to adapt to your individual students.
