Get your students moving around the classroom this March with this fun set of 28 St. Paddy's holiday-themed graphic task cards on two-step equations!

These task cards are a great way to have students practice solving two-step equations! Instead of variables, each card has shamrock images to represent the unknown. It is a great way to get students to practice the important skill of solving 2-step equations without even realizing that they are practicing them!

This versatile set of task cards were designed to be used in 3 different ways:

-Traditional task cards (Print one copy of each card and place around the room. Give each student a recording sheet and have them travel around the classroom to each card and solve the equations on their recording sheet.)

-Matching activity (Break students up into small groups. Print one set of cards for each group. Have them solve each equation and then work together to find the matching cards. There are 7 sets of 4 matching cards. Have them record the answers and matches on the matching recording sheet.)

-Grouping activity (Give every student in the class one card. Have them solve their equation and form groups with the students who have matching cards.)

The equations and solutions on these task cards include positive and negative integers.

Included are both color task cards and printer friendly black and white task cards. The recording sheet is only black and white.
