What educators are saying

This was helpful to reinforce what my students learned in their social studies class and also as a pre-activity to a Socratic Seminar.
Loved using this resource with students. Major time saver for me. Definitely an engaging and thorough resource.

Description

This PowerPoint goes through each of the '8 Stages of Genocide' by Dr Greg Stanton with specific examples from Nazi Germany before and during WWII.

This PowerPoint includes:

**Easy to understand explanations in dot points for each stage.

**Visual and written examples from Nazi Germany for each stage.

**Discussion and research tasks for students to complete at the end, linking their new understanding of Genocide with the many events that occurred in the lead up and during WWII by the Nazi's.

I use this PowerPoint at the beginning of Holocaust or WWII studies to help students understand how these planned murders came to be.

**WARNING: there are photos included that are quite graphic that you may like to warn your students about before viewing**
