Description
This icebreaker is a fun and engaging way to set the tone in your classroom and allows students to feel comfortable right away. Perfect for Back to School, it is an easy to use power point presentation that takes kids through the icebreaker.
Students write out 5 adjectives and 3 nouns then cut them out and place them into separate jars. Once all of the students have written and cut out their words they pick two from the adjective jar and one from the noun jar. Then then try to draw that object using the words.
Once done you can show drawings under the document camera, hide the words and have students guess what it is! Even my high school kids were laughing in no time and they can be a tough crowd. This icebreaker is perfect for middle school or high school but can also work well for younger students.
