Description
Using Google Sites, a student can build a portfolio showcasing their work and growth during their high school career. Geared for IEP students, this can also be adjusted for programs such as AVID or other classes. Great for a capstone project, this can also be used for students to present during their IEP meeting or an exit interview before graduation. For each year, there is a place for students to upload their transition assessments, academic artifacts, and reflect on their progress for the school year.
Unlike most Google Products on TPT, you will NOT get a copy of the Google Site template to your Google Drive; HOWEVER, the Hyperlink Doc with all of the directions will have the directions to access and copy the template. In addition, the Hyper Doc will have additional links in there to documents to support your success in implementation.
Note: The Hyper Doc is automatically set-up to make a copy of the original and place it in your Google Drive. From there, you will be able to edit it for your classroom use. You will need to follow the directions in there to make a copy of the Google Sites Student Portfolio template. If the Google Sites template is missing (because a previous buyer moved it and did not copy it correctly), please contact me through TPT before leaving feedback and I will be happy to assist you.
