'Twas the Night Before Christmas Musical Program

Tired of the same old Christmas programs? Looking for a musical for Christmas that won't take too much time away from your curriculum? This musical, "'Twas the Night Before Christmas," includes two versions: one for grades 1-2 and one for grades 3-5! It can be used as a performance program for parents, and/or as a mini-performance in class, during December!

This product includes:
*An overview of the program, including staging directions, costume suggestions, accompaniment suggestions, concepts that can be taught with each song, standards connections, and more! Includes an overview for grades 1-2 and grades 3-5.
*'Twas the Night Before Christmas script: Includes PDF and editable script for both grades 1-2 and 3-5
*Editable programs for grades 1-2 and 3-5: (simply edit, print, and copy for your performance!)
*Songs, chants, and dances for the program, including musical notation, dance directions, and any games for the following:

This includes directions for including "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" for both versions and "Let it snow" for the grades 3-5 version, but not song notation for either, as they are both copyrighted.

Please note that accompaniment suggestions are included (which you can purchase on iTunes), but accompaniments themselves are not included due to copyright. Also, students will not be accompanied by CD for every song--rather, some songs are sung unaccompanied, some are sung with student-performed instrumental accompaniment, and a few are sung with accompaniment.

Using developmentally appropriate literature, "'Twas the Night Before Christmas" provides information about how to produce an entertaining program while still teaching musical concepts. I hope you enjoy!
