Description
Valentine's Day Boxes with an academic twist!
As a third grade teacher, I try to find an academic connection for all things cutesy and fun, otherwise I really can't justify it. :) If you're looking for a way to bring an academic focus to your Valentine's Day party, this may be right up your alley! Essentially, your students will choose books to write book reports about, then they will decorate their Valentine's Day boxes to represent them and present their reports in front of the class! It's a great way to turn something non-academic into a meaningful learning opportunity! Happy Teaching!
