TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching middle school math since 2008. Throughout the years I have taught every class from 5th Grade Math to Algebra I (both regular grade-level classes and advanced level classes).

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in teaching for understanding, not memorization and strive to get my students to explain the reasoning behind the process. I also believe that problem solving is an important part of math instruction and try to integrate it into every lesson.
