Tea Time

This project investigates the history of an English Tea, why European recipes measure ingredients by weight rather than volume, and why the US uses cups for both liquid and dry ingredients. There are two recipes included: scones and quiche. There are also directions for weaving a placemat and suggestions for customizing napkins. There is a simple science experiment investigating the affect of temperature on sugar absorption.
