Students loved the use of the Tupac track along with the Hughes poem. One of the more engaging and mentioned lessons I had while I was out of the room with a sub.
This was the perfect resource to use for comparing and contrasting Hughes' poem and Tupac's lyrics. The questions were great and we had good discussions about the poem and song.
