By 21st Century K Kindergarten Giant With a combined 42 years experience teaching preschool through fourth grade, this husband and wife duo has finally joined forces! Hannah has 22 years of elementary teaching and specialized training in reading intervention experience while Jay has 20 years of preschool and kindergarten experience.
Our teaching styles can be described as student-centered, structured, flexible, and fun. We want out students to take charge of their own learning, at times we deviate from the lesson plan when learning opportunities arise, but we always begin at the common core with individual student data, assessments, and high expectations in mind.
Hannah was names Elementary Teacher of the Year by the KCTE-LA in 2015. I am blessed to teach in one of the top-ranked school districts in the state of Kentucky!

I am a full-time teaching/ non-stop dreaming mother of three precious children and wife to a hard-working kindergarten teacher/ farmer/ basketball coach/ church deacon... and I wouldn't have it any other way!
