This is my ninth year as a high school math teacher. I taught drivers education as well as coached Track and Field. I spent two years teaching at two different accredited online high schools while teaching in the classroom. I have taught classes ranging from Intensive math, Algebra 1, Algebra 1 Honors, Algebra 2, Algebra 2 Honors, Geometry, Geometry Honors, Pre-AICE Math 2* (an international course taught from Cambridge England), and Pre-Calculus. *http://www.cie.org.uk/qualifications/academic/uppersec/aice

I have taught face-to-face with my students and virtually via the Internet for the past nine years. These experiences have taught me to differentiate my instruction to accommodate all sorts of learning styles. I have taught elite students at an international level and have helped students with special needs succeed. I am energetic in the classroom and I make learning math fun and relevant.

I have all outstanding scores from my administrators on the new teacher evaluation system.

I have my bachelors of science in Mathematic from the State University of New York at Oneonta. I have my professional teaching certificate from Indian River State college in Fort Pierce, Florida. I am currently working on Masters classes to further my career.

I began my teaching career in south Florida and after seven years in the sun it was time my wife and new baby boy moved back to upstate New York to be closer to family. I remember my first days teaching, being terrified of what the next day will bring and the lack of resources I possessed.
