TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a former advertising art director who couldn't avoid my love for teaching any longer. Right out of college, with a Design degree in hand, I moved to LA and started a freelance design business. While getting it off the ground, I thought it would be "easy" to make a little extra money substitute teaching. Who knew that would eventually change my course in life. After years as a successful designer, I went back to school to follow my passion to teaching! I am now an Instructional Coach in Austin and the part of my job I love the most is merging my two passions to create engaging teaching resources that students (and teachers) love!
