TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching mathematics at the same high school since 1999. In this time also taught computer science from 2003 – 2006, and since 2008 I have been a lead teacher for one of the six small learning communities at the school. In 2010 I was part of a teacher-coach training through Sacramento State University. Since 2012 I have been a master teacher for the UC Davis C-STEM program where I lead workshop trainings

I have two publications. The first one in the ComMuniCator (California Mathematics Council magazine) titled "Using Cloze in Algebra." Dec, 2013: 11-16. The second publication was in McNair Scholars Journal Spring 1998 titled "Possible Permutations of Carbon-Carbon Distance in Annulen Molecules."
