TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching middle school social studies for 20 years! I have experience in World Geography, Civics, and Early and Modern US History. I also have experience running the student government.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My classroom thrives on project-based learning and real-world simulations. I believe students should be at the center of each class period and I encourage student choices and voice. I like collaborative and group work mixed in with traditional teaching styles.
