Taught three years at a SE Portland high school and now teaching on the coast for the last several years. I teach foods and nutrition, family development, child psychology, culinary arts, ServSafe, and hospitality and tourism. I also worked for the Disney company for four years. I'm an adviser for culinary arts, customer service, and cake decorating for Skills USA and even had students attend and win at nationals.
