Proud Tarleton Texan majoring in Family and Consumer Sciences and seeking Teacher Certification

I am a proud Tarleton Texan class of 2016! Yes, I am still working on my degree, so yes, I am not a certified teacher . . . yet! However, I am VERY familiar with classroom organization, different learning methods, and various teaching styles. My mom is about to start her 25th year as an elementary educator, and I have been cutting out laminate and sticking name tags on lockers for as long as I can remember. At Tarleton State University, I am majoring in Family and Consumer Sciences on track to become a certified FCS teacher. I have tons of experience working with children through 4H camps, public library programs, church activities, and personal tutoring. My mom's wise tips combined with my eye for design and computer skills come together to create some really neat, functional documents that could work in any classroom Pre-K through 12! :)
