Growing up I always dreamed of becoming a teacher. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Education from the College of Saint Elizabeth in New Jersey and then spent the next 10 years in the classroom. Eventually I decided to go back to college to pursue my Master's Degree in Special Education.
Over the next 30+ years I taught elementary students throughout the world as I moved with my family for my husband's career. I was fortunate enough to teach students of all grade levels throughout the United States, Germany, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. I was able to teach multi-age classrooms, students with special needs, gifted students, and English language learners. While living overseas it was difficult to obtain the teaching resources I needed to work with students of all levels. Therefore, I began to create my own resources. Over my 30 years of teaching my objective has always been to create innovative programs that are easy to implement and challenging for all the students in the classroom regardless of ability. Eventually my career took an unexpected turn and I left the classroom and became a full-time writer and school consultant. I have traveled throughout the United States conducting workshops and presenting at conventions. My passion has always been working with students and teachers to find fun and engaging ways help ALL students reach their full potential. I hope you enjoy using my products as much as I enjoy creating them! If you have any questions please reach out!I believe in using brain-based, hands-on strategies to engage my students. I try to integrate my curriculum whenever possible and many of my sheets are designed for differentiated learning.
