I have taught 3rd and 4th grade at an Atlanta area charter school. I have also taught 5th, 6th, and 8th in the public school setting. I continue to teach and develop my skills as an educator. I love to learn, and I love to watch kids learn! My current goals are to lead teachers in developing better science lessons for the benefit of their students.

I work with the International Science Teaching Foundation and Elevated Classrooms to deliver professional development. I was selected as a Lesson Writer for Educational Innovations. I was VP of Golden Key International Honors Society at KSU.
