TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a 4th year teacher. I am currently a resource teacher for Special Education. I have 3 years experience teaching World History to 9th graders.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like interactive class where the kids contribute to the lesson about as much as I do. I like to ask questions frequently when giving instruction to check for understanding. I have my students all investigate for information rather than giving it all to them. I utilize Webquests, Bookquests, and other such means to get the students to be active in their learning.
