MY TEACHING STYLE

My educational path commenced in a rural Oklahoma school, where a foundation of academic exploration was laid amidst the vast landscapes. Following a four-year term of service in the United States Navy, I embarked on higher education at the University of Oklahoma. Ultimately, I completed my degree at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, solidifying my academic journey with a formal credential.

I steer the ship of learning at a vibrant rural school in Northeast Oklahoma, igniting young minds as a passionate educator. Married to another teacher, with 3 kids and a grandson, my life is a joyful whirlwind of family, faith (through years of teaching Sunday School), and creating a warm space for everyone to grow. My classroom adventures in history, science, and more focus on collaboration, curiosity, and fostering a lifelong love of learning. Join me and discover the magic!
