This is my third year teaching and I have learned as much as my students I think! I hope some of these tools I have created can help you out in your teaching career.
I use a lot of stations and self paced work. I have modified a few of my items for a lower level student. My modified Items will either be in the same download or will be titled the same with modified added it. Ex. Spelling List and Spelling List - Modified.
UIL Coach - Chess & Bookworms
I have a bachelors degree in Psychology from Tarleton State University. After I finish my second year of teaching I plan to begin my masters in counseling with a base in marriage and family. I will use this to become a counselor and later run an after school program for low level and low income students.
I have a dashound who will be 4 soon! His name is Rowdy and he loves to come to school after hours with me. He mainly likes to come because he likes to stare at my classroom hamster. Our classroom hamster's name is Mack. He is black and he is an escape artist! The janitor often has to put him back in his cage late at night. I have had to catch him by hand quite a few times already this semester.
