I have been teaching all grade levels for over 20 years, most recently focusing on high school teaching. I have been associated with the Opera by Children program at the Utah Festival Opera & Musical Theatre as well as Unicorn Children's Theatre and Utah State University. Most recently, I have been teaching at Sky View High School, in Smithfield, Utah and Brigham Young University-Idaho.
Learning should be fun and natural! I try to present materials in a fun, concise way, then get out of the way so student can enjoy themselves while creating connections with each other and constructing knowledge. I like games, challenges and activities that foster creativity.
