My teaching style is student centered. Teachers should be facilitators in the classroom and students should take the lead in learning process. Teachers should talk less and listen more, redirecting when needed and giving constructive suggestions when it is appropriate. Learning is a discovery process in which students should be doing things rather than simply sitting and listening. All learning styles should be addressed daily so that all students are engaged and learning.
