Such a Little While

After eight years as a professional school counselor, I launched suchalittlewhile.com in 2020, an online community to support parents, educators, and mental health professionals in fostering healthy social-emotional development in children. I'm passionate about creating educational resources and tools to help children develop a healthy relationship with themselves, their feelings, and with others. I draw from my school counseling background, in addition to my experience as a Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports coach, Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, and now as a homeschooling parent. I look forward to working together to spark tons of empathy and learning in your classroom, home, or office this year!

All of my resources are designed with students' social and emotional development as top priority! I believe in taking a positive, strengths-based approach to teaching, placing relationships as the foundation for learning.
