Welcome! We are a married couple excited to work as a team to share the resources we've created from our combined teaching experience. The subjects we've taught in the classroom include English language arts, social studies, science, and math. Mark is currently a high school teacher, and in previous years he taught middle school as well. Elyse started out as an elementary school teacher's aid, then became a middle school teacher. Together, we both love to design materials for the classroom and enjoy supporting other teachers with the resources we create.
In all subjects, we believe strongly in challenging students while also keeping them actively engaged. In our lessons we make it our aim to immerse students in the rich content in ways that help them grow in their reading, writing, speaking, and listening. We are so enriched by the subjects we are working on that we want everyone else to love them as much as we do, and we hope that comes across in the resources we make.
Recruited to the PD Team to support other teachers
We both have our bachelor's degrees in History. Mark went on to receive a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and Elyse earned a certificate in Architectural Technology.
We enjoy traveling, hiking, and reading. We also enjoy working artistically with design, so we try our best to make our materials clean and attractive in their arrangement. © Teach with Mark and Elyse Please note that our products are copyrighted to our store and are not permitted for commercial use.
