Practicing as an occupational therapist for 7 years!
When I was working as a pediatric occupational therapist, I played with children all day! Everyone, no matter if you are a therapist, teacher, educator, etc. should realize quickly that all children are different and teaching material/therapy activities will need to be modified to best meet each specific child's needs and be client-centered. Therefore, all of my material that I have posted will need to be used in a way that best meets your specific child's/classroom's needs. Just remember that all children are different no matter the diagnosis/difficulties they may have. One of my favorite quotes is by Dr. Suess which says, "Why fit in when you were born to stand out?"

I have been an occupational therapist for seven years. My first three years were spent working in an outpatient pediatric clinic, but I have been in home health for the last four years. I am always thinking about better ways to organize caregiver education material into handouts, label my therapy activities, create new ADL or IADL activities, etc. But if you are looking for some therapy handouts, labels, etc., then you have come to the right place!
