As a school psychologist, my job duties and experiences include: - One on one and group counseling - Supporting behaviors within and outside the classroom - Working with students with and without disabilities (general and special education settings) - Completing functional behavioral analysis and psychoeducational reports - Determining special educational eligibility - Child abuse support and reports - Completing suicide risk and/or threat assessments - Overall collaborating with teachers, doctors, therapists, administration, and parents regarding students behaviors, social and emotional needs, academics, and any other needs that might impact a child's life.
