This is a cross curricular activity. Four types of poultry are compared. They are the duck, goose, pheasant & the turkey. There is a chart to fill in with scientific facts. There is a small art portion at the bottom. Pheasant is sometimes cooked inside another fowl, as well for an exquisite meal.
