Dreamscapes, Surrealist Art Lesson for Elementary Aged Students
Surrealism is a huge movement in art history. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find an elementary-aged approach to it. This lesson does just that. It introduces young students to dreamscapes and self reflection. They will learn about different artists who depict dream-like images.
This is a great lesson for group discussions as well as individual work.
