Students follow along to the lyrics as they listen to "Man in the Mirror" by Michael Jackson. Students reflect on the meaning of the song and apply it to themselves. One is designed just for an adult to sing to an individual student. This was helpful as school counselor because students often stopped me in the hall to announce a birthday. They like the silly song, which is certainly sung in a lighthearted manner, since I don't sing very well.
One song uses the tune of "We wish you a Merry Christmas" and has actions to go with it.
