Word Clines - Expanding Vocabulary & Detail in Writing (EDITABLE)
I use Word Clines in my classroom to help students with adding detail to their writing and to work on expanding their vocabulary. Students receive a variety of synonyms for a low quality word like "big" and work on ranking the synonyms based on the quality of their description. This is a great resource for literature stations!
