These ten essay questions are designed to be an end-of-book activity or assessment. These questions are designed to elicit analytical, well-supported thinking. Students will be required to consider the entire story even while discussing one part of the story and use at least one 6-8 sentence paragraph to answer each of these questions. When I taught "To Kill a Mockingbird", I assigned students to choose two of these questions (one from #1-5 and one from #6-10) for their final assessment.
