The Rise of Labor Unions: A Common Core & Research Based History Lesson
What kind of problems in the industrial workplace caused labor unions to form? This product will encourage students to examine the workplace issues faced by American laborers during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Voices of the Abolition Movement: Common Core Summary/Quotation Activity
This activity was designed to address ELA Common Core Learning Standards in a 7th Grade Social Studies lesson about the Abolitionists. Primary source material from Garrison, Douglass, Still and Tubman are featured in this lesson.
