TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am in my seventh year of teaching Kindergarten at a highly ranked elementary school in Idaho. In addition, I serve on the PLC Board and run both the TAT and ERI programs for our school. I am continually looking for ways to become a better educator for my own class and LOVE sharing any great ideas I come across with others!

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting. Spent several years as an International Accountant before starting a family. Shortly after starting my family, I found a passion for teaching children. I returned to school while working and raising my children, to earn my teaching certification. I have been teaching ever since!

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Interior design has been a passion since I was young. I have designed various rooms for private clients, as time permits. Since finding my passion for teaching, I have redirected some of that creative energy into decorating my own classroom and creating visuals that are both visually pleasing and educationally effective.
