Josh: I have been teaching since 2008 in middle school Language Arts and Geography. I have taught 6th and 7th grade. I work as a building and district PLC leader, tasked with finding, creating, and modeling best practice instruction. Mike: I started my teaching career in 1991 in middle school social studies. I have taught grades 6 thru 12 Social Studies, technology, and Health. I have been working as an instructional coach for the past 14 years. I now work to help teacher groups to function as effective PLC's. In order to help every student find success, we must work together!

We believe all students can learn in a differentiated classroom that tries to meet the needs of all learners. We are classroom facilitators that focus more on student learning and less on "teaching". Using formative assessment, feedback, and student self assessment around clear learning targets is key to student success.

Josh: I was privileged to have the opportunity to be a finalist for Wyoming State Teacher of the Year. I was named Goshen County School District Teacher of the Year in 2014. Mike: Nominated for the Disney Hand Award for creative teaching, Nominated for Big Horn County School District teacher of the year, and was awarded Fellowship Schlechty Center 2010, 2013. I was nominated by students in 2000 and 2007 Who's Who of Teachers.

Josh: I have a Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Chadron State College. Mike: I have a Bachelors of Arts and Science from the University of Wyoming and a Master's degree in Technology Education from Lesley University.
