TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a mom and a wife. I have twin sons 11 years old. I know teaching is a hard job that doesn't end when you 'clock out.' We get so bogged down, that it is often hard to find time to throw in that little extra. I hope I can help here. I have taught in the Elementary School System for almost 20 years, and have taught second, third, fourth, fifth, and 6th graders! I know how little time teachers have, and I know that time becomes even more precious as we dredge on into the future with technological advances. MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in keeping things uplifting, and moving.I firmly believe that if we don't have the students' INTEREST, we really don't have anything! I enjoy teaching through many classroom settings:cooperative and whole group lessons. Yes! The students learn the most when they teach other, learning from their peers, but at the same time, they also need a TEACHER to guide them toward this!!
