TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have experience teaching social studies at all secondary grade levels in some of the United States' top ranked schools, both public and private.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My lessons are designed to be engaging, rigorous, and immersive. I want students to dig into primary sources and historical research to discover for themselves the fascinating worlds of the past. All my lessons are aligned with Common Core and state standards and teach students to practice rich, critical textual analysis. I love using creative simulations to keep students excited and help make history come alive for them.
